About Us

About Us

At SteriPax, we are passionate about helping bring new medical technologies to market. For 30 years, we have been committed to offering the best service in the industry to startups and large companies alike. Whether it is small, medium or large volume, we are prepared to support any size project and help accelerate your timeline to market.

From a single 5,000 square-foot building in Huntington Beach, we have grown into four buildings in two states and over 40,000+ square feet of manufacturing space and growing. We take pride in being one of the few privately held packaging converters in the healthcare packaging industry and look forward to remaining a trusted source for decades to come.

Quality System

SteriPax is committed to patient safety. Our company culture emphasizes the importance of repeatable, high quality packaging products that meet the standards set forth by ISO 11607. As a critical link in hospital supply chain, we understand that each employee plays a role in helping prevent healthcare associated infections.

Our robust quality management system is designed to meet the rigorous standards of ISO 13485 manufacturers and we hold our suppliers and partners to the same level of assurance. Our quality assurance plan includes seal strength and integrity testing with tensile/pull (supported and unsupported) standard on all orders, burst testing, dye penetration, and bubble emission testing equipment per ASTM standards. We conduct routine testing of our facilities to ensure we are in alignment with the particulate requirements of ISO Class 8 cleanroom. Our test reports and certifications are available upon request.

We are here to help. We offer additional testing and validation support where appropriate. In-process test data is available for each manufactured lot and full traceability is maintained on all production orders.
